Born in 1977; he holds a PhD in Economic Theory and the History of Economic Thought from the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he also obtained his Master's Degree in Finance, Banking and Investments. He continued to study Banking and Finance at the Johannes Kepler University in Austria and Economic Theory at the Mises Institute of Auburn University in the US. Martin Stefunko worked at Penta Investments from 2001 and from 2004 he was in charge of investment project management as Chief Investment Officer. In this position, he managed a series of Penta's major acquisitions and business developments in retail, healthcare, energy and mechanical engineering. He has woked at PPF Group since 2009 as a member of the top executive team and currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer.

Born in 1963; a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague with a specialisation in automated management systems in economics. He joined PPF Group in 1994 and has held several top executive positions at PPF Group and later at Home Credit Group. On 1 June 2005 he became PPF Group's Executive Director for Retail Banking and Consumer Finance. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Home Credit B.V. from January 2007 to December 2008. He joined PPF Partners in January 2009.

Born in 1972; a graduate of the Economics Department of Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Finance of the University of Economics in Prague. Pavel Horak gained experience in financial management at Deloitte & Touche where he worked as an auditor, and later during his long-term tenure at TV NOVA where he held the position of Financial Manager from 2001 and 2006. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK). He joined PPF in 2006. Pavel Horak currently works as the CFO of PPF Group.

Born in 1962; he was awarded an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). He formerly worked as Deputy General Manager of Assicurazioni Generali and as the company's Head of Western Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. He was responsible for the Group's M&A activities as well as for Research and Corporate Development and International Regulatory Affairs. He worked with the Generali Group for 23 years holding various accounting, technical and general management positions, and joined the Head Office in 2000. Mr Carvill was responsible for over EUR 10 billion of transactions during his time at Generali. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Fellow of the UK's Securities & Investment Institute. Mr Carvill is one of the founders of PPF Partners, holding the position of President and CFO. He has been a member of PPF Group's top executive team since 2009.

Born in 1967; an Economics graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with an MBA from the same institution. Prior to joining PPF, he worked in investment banking for 17 years as Managing Director and Head of M&A at Citigroup, with responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. During his career, he has worked on a broad range of M&A transactions in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia, particularly focusing on Emerging Europe. José Garza joined PPF Group in early 2008 and as a member of its top executive team he has been in charge of M&A since 2008.

Born in 1966; prior to 1989 he was an active member of the Czechoslovak Socialist anti-regime opposition in the then Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and as such was persecuted by the period’s regime. He was the editor in chief of the Respekt weekly and a TV panel discussion host in the 1990s; he holds several journalism awards. He got involved in politics in 1998 as a member of Josef Tosovsky's government, having parted with a successful journalistic career. Prior to joining PPF, Vladimir Mlynar worked as the chief advisor to Prime Minister Jan Fischer, the Minister of Information from 2002 to 2005, and he was repeatedly elected an MP. He worked for Telefónica O2 in 2008 and 2009. Vladimir Mlynar has been a member of PPF Group's top executive team since August 2010 and is in charge of Public Relations and Public Affairs.
