By downloading a photograph or the PPF logo from the Media Gallery section of the Website, you agree to fair usage of the photograph or the PPF logo in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and best practice, and for purposes and in a manner that will not impair the good reputation of PPF a.s., good reputation of entities controlled by, in control of, under common control with, or otherwise affiliated with, PPF a.s., infringe on the rights and legally protected interests of the aforementioned entities and legally protected interests of persons shown in the photographs, and that will pertain to the activities of PPF a.s. and the aforementioned entities.

Regardless of the aforesaid, any use of the photographs or the PPF logo posted on the Website in the Media gallery section (i) for advertising purposes of any kind and promotional purposes (including the placement on gift items, billboards etc.) or for the purposes of promoting political parties or movements, (ii) by way of inclusion in materials violating the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and best practice or endangering public order, materials whose content is discriminatory in terms of religion, race, or gender, or promoting violence or any illegal acts, or capable of damaging the good reputation of the aforementioned entities or the personal rights of the persons shown in the photographs, is expressly forbidden.

By downloading a photograph or the PPF logo from the “Media gallery” of the Website, you agree to the Licence Terms specified on the Website in the “Licence Terms” section.
