PPF Group is the 100% owner of the real property holding

The renaming of PPF ECM Holding B.V. to PPF Real Estate Holding B.V. marks the completion of the process of re-branding PPF Group’s property management and development organisations. PPF Group N.V. is the 100% owner of the real property holding company now.
PPF Group has also reached an agreement with entrepreneur Milan Janků to terminate their joint real property activities. As a result, PPF Real Estate Holding B.V. currently has no asset or managerial connection with either ECM Group or Milan Janků. PPF Real Estate Holding B.V. is also a 50% shareholder in PSJ a.s., a construction company.
