Terms of Use of ppfgroup.nl website (“Terms”)
Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding to use the Site. By continuing to access or use the www.ppfgroup.nl website (the “Site”) you agree to the Terms that appear below.
This Site is owned by PPF Group N.V. , a company incorporated and existing under laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office at Tower B, Strawinskylaan 933, 1077 XX Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("PPF Group"). PPF Group may change or amend the Terms from time to time without prior notice. Accordingly, please continue to review these Terms whenever accessing or using the Site. Your use of the Site after the implementation of modifications to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the Terms, as modified. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the Terms, you may not use the Site. Any terms and conditions proposed by you which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms are expressly rejected by PPF Group and shall be of no force or effect.
These Terms are effective as of April 1, 2007.
Use of the Site Content
All material on the Site (the "Content") belongs to PPF Group or its licensors. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen or mobile telephone, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk or on your mobile telephone (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from PPF Group:

You acknowledge that “PPF” or “PPF Group” logos are the intellectual property and that you may not use it without written permission from PPF Group.
Limitation of Liability
PPF Group has given the most possible care to the reliability and accuracy of the content on its Site. The Site however may contain inaccuracies or an incomplete statement. The Content is only for your general information and use and is not intended to address your particular requirements. The Site contains links to other World Wide Web sites provided by entities controlled by, in control of, and under common control with, PPF Group (“Affiliated Companies”, “Affiliated Companies Sites”). For the avoidance of doubt, PPF Group is not responsible for the availability or content of Affiliated Companies Sites and will not be a party to, or in any way responsible for, any transaction concerning goods or services available from such Affiliated Companies Sites.
Changes to the Terms
PPF Group reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site without any prior notice. The Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, current legislation of the Netherlands.
All disputes that may arise from the Terms shall be settled by the courts of the Netherlands.
General
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
