    PPF Group is the general partner of the First Moscow international finance week (MOSINTERFIN)

    PPF Group becomes the general partner of MOSINTERFIN, the first international finance forum to be held in Moscow from 18 to 20 October 2011.

    The idea of the event was originated by the International Financiers Guild (MGF) in Russia and earned the support of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The goal of MOSINTERFIN is to become a major annual meeting of the representatives of the international financial community, as well as to contribute to establishing of an international financial centre in Moscow, to improve the investment climate in Russia and competitiveness of the Russian finance and banking system. Aside from that, an important task of the forum is to provide an open platform for a constructive dialogue on global finance reform.

    MOSINTERFIN takes place concurrently with the annual session of the Consulting Council for International Investments of the Government of the Russian Federation (KSII).

    Preeminent Russian and international governmental officials, representatives of the world’s leading finance centres, heads of central banks, the World Bank, the EBRD, leading commercial financial institutions, and top finance scholars have been invited to participate in the forum’s organisational committee.

As one of the major international investors present on the Russian market, the Group is interested in the further improvements of the Russian financial system.
